1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer nationwide shipping across Egypt.

Other Governorates EGP 70 – EGP 100 3 – 5 business days

3. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping outside Egypt.
    (If you plan to expand later, we can update this.)

4. Shipping Providers

  • We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp to follow your shipment.

5. Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier delays may affect delivery.

6. Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
  • If you need to modify your delivery details after placing the order, contact us within 12 hours of your purchase.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt, with an additional fee of EGP 30 per order.

9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.
  • Reshipping fees may apply.
