1. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
